Chaque année, le Secrétaire général de l’OEA publie un projet de Programme-budget pour l’année à venir. L’Assemblée générale se réunit en session extraordinaire pour approuver le Programme-budget. Vous trouverez ici ces rapports de 1998 à 2013.
Chaque année au mois d’avril, la Commission des vérificateurs extérieurs publie un rapport sur le bilan financier de l’année précédente. Vous trouverez ici les rapports de 1996 à 2016.
Environ six semaines après la fin de chaque semestre, l’OEA rend public un Rapport Semestriel de gestion des ressources et résultats qui comprend, depuis le début de 2013, des comptes rendus programmatiques. Vous trouverez ici les textes complets de ces rapports.

L’OEA exécute divers projets financés par des donateurs. Les rapports d’évaluation sont requis par les bailleurs de fonds. Vous pouvez consulter ces rapports ici.
L’Inspecteur général soumet au Secrétaire général des rapports sur les audits, enquêtes et inspections qu’il a effectués. Ces rapports sont mis à la disposition du Conseil permanent. Vous trouverez de plus amples informations ici.
L’OEA a discuté pendant plusieurs années la question de l’immobilier, du financement nécessaire pour l’entretien et les réparations, ainsi que l’entretien différé de ses bâtiments historiques. Le Secrétariat général a proposé plusieurs options pour les financer. Le document le plus récent, qui reflète l’état actuel de la Stratégie, est publié sous la cote CP/CAAP-3211/13 rev. 4.

L’OEA appuie le lancement de la campagne d’identification en Haïti avant les élections présidentielles (en anglais)

The Organization of American States (OAS), together with the National Identification Office (ONI) of Haiti and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), recently launched a National Registration Campaign to offer identification services to many Haitian citizens in preparation for the November 28, 2010, Presidential elections.
The campaign supports mobile units to provide identification services to a great number of citizens who require identification cards. This is one of the initiatives the OAS has emphasized, following the earthquake that struck Haiti early this year, and is part of the Organization’s objective to contribute to the democratic stability of the Caribbean country and to the stability of the ongoing electoral process.
In anticipation of an increase in demand for identification cards, ONI, with OAS support, has set up 40 mobile units that travel throughout the country and have the necessary personnel and equipment to process applications for new identification cards, reprinting lost cards, and requests for changes of address. The units also will be able to complete the delivery of cards ahead of elections scheduled for November 28.
The mobile units are working within communities and camps, prioritizing locations where a large demand for cards is expected. Mobile units have also been placed at ONI headquarters in Port-au-Prince.
Along with the nationwide registration campaign, a national public awareness campaign has been launched via community leaders, who have been encouraging and motivating citizens within their communities to utilize the services of the mobile units. Meanwhile, radio spots will be broadcast on both national and community radio stations to further encourage citizens not to wait and to submit their applications today.
