The Secretary General of the OAS deplored the disruption of the implementation of the Agreement reached in Tegucigalpa and urged the fulfillment of its measures.
The OAS member states agreed in Santo Domingo to establish the meetings of Ministers Responsible for Public Security in the Americas as a fixed forum to strengthen cooperation in the fight against crime, violence and insecurity.
