Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The Inter-American Portal of Political Reforms is a tool that systematizes information on political reforms adopted in 18 countries of Latin America. It was developed within the OAS Secretariat for Political Affairs (SPA/OAS), with support of the Ibero-American Institute from the University of Salamanca.

The Secretariat for Political Affairs, in coordination with strategic partners across Latin America, organizes seminars and workshops aimed at promoting the exchange of experiences derived from the adoption of political reforms. The events contribute to the dialogue about the content and effects of such reforms and to share lessons learned in the processes that led to their implementation.

The Project on Political Reforms in Latin America will prepare a two-volume publication in which the main trends on political reform will be addressed, as well as specific country cases. The publications feature collaborations from experts in the policy world and academic in the Americas and Europe.
