Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. TRUST FOR THE AMERICAS AND OAS TO HOLD 2004 GALA FOR THE AMERICAS

Washington D.C, March 29, 2004. The Trust for the Americas and the Organization of American States (OAS) will sponsor the 2004 Gala for the Americas at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C., on April 14. The gala will be the closing event of Pan American Day at the OAS, an international holiday that celebrates the cultures of North and South American nations and stresses inter-American goodwill.
The Trust for the Americas and OAS will present two major awards at the gala, the Trust/OAS 2004 Corporate Citizen of the Americas Award and the Support for Journalism in the Americas Award.
In the last decade, corporations have played an increasing role in developing solutions to overcome poverty in communities throughout the Americas. The Corporate Citizen of the Americas Award encourages this trend by formally recognizing a company that has initiated an innovative program that benefits the community in which it operates and can serve as a model to facilitate socially responsible practices and actions by other corporations.
The Trust/OAS Support for Journalism in the Americas Award complements the Trust’s initiatives in Latin America by recognizing and promoting the work of non-governmental organizations that work with journalists to promote transparency in government.
The Trust for the Americas will also recognize one of the event’s generous sponsors, Americatel, for its history of social commitment to the Americas.
The event will bring together distinguished guests, including U.S. government officials, former heads of state, representatives from countries throughout the hemisphere and important business and community leaders, to celebrate and encourage the continued commitment of the private sector to the betterment of the lives of all peoples of the Americas.
