Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS ASSISTANT SECRETARY GENERAL EXPRESSES SOLIDARITY WITH GOVERNMENT AND PEOPLE OF HONDURAS

San Pedro Sula, Honduras - Speaking today to a group of reporters in San Pedro Sula, OAS Assistant Secretary General Albert Ramdin expressed his support for the government and people of Honduras in the aftermath of the earthquake that shook the country in the early hours of Thursday, May 28.
Ambassador Ramdin is the first elected OAS official on the ground as the city of San Pedro Sula prepares to host the 39th General Assembly, June 2 -3. The OAS official recognized and congratulated the prompt efforts of the Honduran government in addressing the concerns of its people.
Ambassador Ramdin also expressed his satisfaction with the level of preparations for the General Assembly, declaring that “I am fully confident that the host country is fully prepared to move forward with this very important General Assembly.” The Assistant Secretary General further noted that “the city of San Pedro Sula is ready to receive delegates to the General Assembly.”
All 34 Member States of the OAS will be represented at the General Assembly. With two days to go before the start of official activities over 950 delegates and 264 members of the press, from more than 70 countries have been accredited to attend the General Assembly.
