The Chief of the Joint OAS-CARICOM Electoral Observation Mission, Ambassador Colin Granderson, and the Director of the Department for Electoral Cooperation and Observation (DECO), Pablo Gutierrez, delivered today to the Government of Haiti the final report of the Mission of experts for the verification of the vote tabulation of the November 28, presidential election, sent by the Organization of American States (OAS).
