Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

STATEMENT BY THE OAS SECRETARY GENERAL AFTER MEETING HONDURAN DELEGATION

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today held a meeting with a Honduran delegation at his private residence. After the meeting he stated the following:
“I hosted today a meeting with a group of Honduran citizens, basically some of the representatives sent by the de facto government to the talks in San José. We had a very long, very interesting and I think also a very constructive conversation. I hope this will also be advantageous to our upcoming visit to Honduras.”
