The IE-OAS scholarship program is an initiative that is part of the OAS’ commitment to meet the demands of the Member States. The initiative recognizes education as one of the main focuses and as a key for the strengthening of democratic institutions, the promotion of development, human potential, equality and the collaboration between communities; which has a positive effect in the economic growth and the eradication of poverty.
