Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Former Uruguayan senator Juan Raúl Ferreira will head OAS Observation Mission to Haiti

Former Uruguayan senator Juan Raúl Ferreira will be the Chief of the Electoral Observation Mission that the OAS will deploy to Haiti for the presidential and legislative elections to be held on October 9 of this year.
Ferreira served as Senator of the Republic of Uruguay between 1985 and 1990, and as ambassador to Argentina between 1995 and 1999. Holding a doctorate in International Economic Relations and Humanitarian Law, he currently serves as Director of the National Institution of Human Rights (INDDHH) in Uruguay. Ferreira has participated in more than ten OAS electoral observation missions.
The OAS has deployed 15 electoral observation missions to Haiti since 1990. The Organization has accompanied the current electoral process since 2014.
