Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. CICAD of the OAS Inaugurates 72 Regular Session in Washington, DC

The Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD) of the Organization of American States (OAS) will open its 72nd regular session in Washington D.C. TOMORROW Tuesday November 8, 2022.
The inaugural session will include presentations by (in order of participation):
• Fernando Ramírez Serrano, Director, Costa Rican Institute on Drugs (ICD), Costa Rica, Chair of CICAD;
• Adam Namm, Executive Secretary, CICAD/OAS;
• Luis Oliveira, Secretary, Secretariat for Multidimensional Security/OAS;
• Zully Rolón Esquivel, Minister Secretary, National Anti-Drug Secretariat (SENAD) Paraguay, Vice Chair of CICAD; Y
• Luis Almagro, Secretary General, OAS.
The inauguration will be broadcast - with interpretation in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese - live on the OAS Website, OAS Facebook page and YouTube.
The full agenda of the meeting, which will be held until November 11, will include the election of the 2022-2023 Chair and Vice Chair of CICAD; panels and presentations on a variety of drug-related topics; the presentation of the Work Plan of the Executive Secretariat of CICAD for 2023; the presentation of the reports and election of 2023 authorities for the groups of experts of CICAD; and the presentation of the national reports of the Multilateral Evaluation Mechanism on Measures to Control and Counter Illicit Drug Cultivation, Production, Trafficking and Distribution, and to Address their Causes and Consequences (supply reduction). The Executive Secretariat of CICAD will also present its Report on Drug Supply in the Americas 2022.
