Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Energy and Climate Ministerial of the Americas at the OAS

The Organization of American States (OAS) will host the second day of the Energy and Climate Ministerial meeting of the Americas between 8:30 EDT and 14:30 EDT (12:30-18:30 GMT) this Friday, April 16, at its headquarters in Washington, DC.
Press Access will be through the building’s main entrance (17th St & Constitution Ave). Members of the press must show valid personal and media photo identification to be able to access the building.
Inaugural Session
The inaugural session (8:30-9:00 EDT, 12:30-13:00 GMT), which will be open to the press, will feature the participation of OAS Secretary General José Miguel Insulza and United States Secretary of Energy, Steven Chu, and will take place in the Simón Bolívar Hall.
Press space in the Simón Bolívar Hall is limited and will be made available on a first come first served basis.
The rest of the meeting will be closed to the press.
Opportunities for photo and video
At the meeting’s conclusion (14:00 EDT, 18:00 GMT) the Ministers and Heads of Delegation will be available for a group photo in the Hall of the Americas of the OAS main building.
