GUIDE TO PRESS ACTIVITIES OAS GENERAL ASSEMBLY

MONDAY, JUNE 15, 2015

Accreditation advisory:

Please be advised that the delivery of the accreditations will take place in the Padilha Vidal Room located at 1889 F ST NW, Washington DC, 20006. (Not the same building that will host the General Assembly). Beginning at 8:00 am

Regarding the coverage of the event and for safety reasons inside the building it is recommended to arrive at the General Assembly Headquarters with time to spare in order to avoid delays in equipment checks.

Time: 9:00-9:30 EDT

Activity: General Assembly Inaugural Session

PRESS ACCESS: Camera operators and photographers will have one minute access to record in front of the head table, after which access will be limited to the platforms assigned. They will be able to work from the platforms During the inaugural session and the beginning of the First Plenary.

Journalists will be able to follow the meeting via closed circuit in the media center.
