Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Elections for OAS Secretary General and Assistant Secretary General

The Organization of American States (OAS) will elect its Secretary General and Assistant Secretary General for the next five years during a Special General Assembly to be held Wednesday, March 24, 2010, in the Hall of the Americas at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C. The meeting will begin at 11:00 EDT (15:00 GMT).

Access
Press access to the building will be through the C Street entrance, on the north side of the building. Credentials, which must be requested prior to the event and approved by the Press Department, may be picked up with an official personal document and one identifying the media outlet you represent. You may still request your credentials by following the steps described here.
In order to avoid crowding, journalists are requested to enter the building before 9:00 EDT (13:00 GMT).
Coverage of the Assembly
Space for journalists in the Hall of the Americas is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Those journalists unable to find a seat in the Hall of the Americas may follow the meeting through a live video broadcast in the San Martín Hall of the same building.
Photo and video opportunities
The press will have the opportunity to shoot photographs and video of the authorities at the beginning of the Assembly meeting.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Secretary General and Assistant Secretary General elect will be briefly available for photographs and video.
During the Assembly, movement of photographers and cameramen will be restricted to areas designated by the Press Department.
Press Conference
The Secretary General and Assistant Secretary General elect will offer a joint press conference at the conclusion of the Assembly. It will be held in the San Martín Hall of the same building and be broadcast live on the OAS Website.
