OAS Permanent Council to Commemorate International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a special meeting to commemorate International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade under the theme “Global freedom: Emancipate yourself from mental slavery,” on Monday, March 25 at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT), in the Simon Bolivar room at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C.
