The Permanent Council of the OAS, a political body constituted by the representatives of the 33 Member States, will hold a Closed Session at 10 a.m. this Tuesday, Aug. 11, in its Washington, D.C., headquarters for the purpose of analyzing the situation brought about by the cancellation of the visit of the Delegation of Foreign Ministers to Honduras.
