Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Mission of Electoral Accompaniment to Nicaragua

The Mission of Electoral Accompaniment of the Organization of American States (MEA/OAS) for the general elections in Nicaragua today held a training workshop for group members in preview of the work they will carry out on Sunday in the Central American country.
The Chief of Mission, Dante Caputo, chaired the meeting with the observers before they were deployed to their working sites to accompany the elections on November 6. The 65 members of the Accompaniment Mission will be present at all 15 Departments and 2 Autonomous Regions of Nicaragua.
The Mission is joined by special guests Bill Richardson, former Governor of New Mexico, United States, and Luis Castiglioni, former Vice President of Paraguay.
