Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with President of Honduras

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, arrived in Tegucigalpa this afternoon accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Relations of Colombia, María Ángela Holguín. They both visited the Presidential House, where they were hosted by the President of Honduras, Porfirio Lobo.
Secretary General Insulza is in the Honduran capital to hold conversations with the Honduran Government related to the return of Honduras to the OAS. At the heart of the meeting, which was also attended by Honduran Foreign Minister Mario Canahuati, were the efforts made by OAS Member States, and by the current Government of President Lobo, aimed at normalizing the internal situation of Honduras, whose Government was suspended after the Coup d’Etat on June 28, 2009.
