Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Received by the President of the Supreme Court of Paraguay

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today visited the President of the Supreme Court of Paraguay, Antonio Fretes, who received him, together with all of the justices of the high court.
During the meeting, the Secretary General delivered to the President of the Supreme Court the Report on the Drug Problem in the Americas, which was welcomed for its contribution to the regional debate on the issue.
The members of the Court expressed their gratitude for the support of the OAS during the political transition in the country and also referred to the importance of the Program of Judicial Facilitators carried out by the OAS in the country, which has contributed to greater access to justice.
