Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today received the Manager of the Governance Programme for Barbados and the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Paula A. Mohamed; and the Vice President for Global Public Policy and Government Affairs of PepsiCo, Diego Ruiz, who participated in the "Youth Conference 2012: Youth in Action for Democracy and Entrepreneurship," organized by the hemispheric body.
During the meeting, which was held in the Secretary General’s office in Washington, DC, attendees discussed the main aspects of the regional conference and the support that both organizations deliver on youth issues to the OAS through the Young Americas Business Trust (YABT), whose CEO, Luis Viguria, also attended the meeting.
