Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Paraguay to Host XXV Inter-American Congress of Ministers and High-Level Authorities of Tourism

The Organization of American States (OAS) and the National Secretariat of Tourism of Paraguay today signed a memorandum of understanding for the XXV Inter-American Congress of Ministers and High Authorities of Tourism to be held virtually on October 6.
"We congratulate the Government of Paraguay for identifying the position of the tourism sector in the member states and proposing as the theme of the Congress "Toward the reconstruction and reactivation of tourism post COVID-19,” said the Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro.
The Minister of Tourism of Paraguay, Sofia Montiel, said the Congress will address issues related to health protocols and the implementation of measures "that can lead us to the recovery of tourism worldwide and thus mitigate the effect of climate change on our environment."
The Inter-American Committee on Tourism (CITUR) has held several working group meetings, seminars and other preparatory activities for the XXV Congress with the objective of supporting OAS member states in facing the crisis generated by the pandemic and seeking common policies.
