Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

CONCLUSION OF FACILITATION PROCESS FOR
BELIZE-GUATEMALA TERRITORIAL DISPUTE
September 25, 2002
A historic meeting will take place at the Hall of the Americas at the Organization of American States (OAS) next Monday, September 30, to mark the culmination of the facilitation process for the Belize-Guatemala territorial dispute, after two years of work.
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. In attendance will be the Foreign Affairs Ministers of Belize and Guatemala, several other Foreign Ministers and high-level representatives of OAS member states, as well as OAS Secretary General César Gaviria and Assistant Secretary General Luigi Einaudi.
Secretary General Gaviria declared that "the culmination of this first phase is very significant not only for the Belizeans and Guatemalans—who will benefit by coexisting in peace, harmony and confidence—but also for the people of the Americas who will recognize the tremendous benefit to be derived from mediation and negotiation processes."
