CEPCIDI Working Groups

In its Rules of Procedure, CEPCIDI can establish working groups with the purpose of considering, developing, examining or studying specific matters assigned by CEPCIDI. These groups shall exist for a specific time which shall be defined by CEPCIDI.

CEPCIDI Working Groups that have finished their work:

• Working Group to Strengthen CIDI (May 2008-present) (After the adoption of resolution AG/RES. 2739 (XLII-O/12) “Optimization of the Structure of the Inter-American Council for Integral Development” this CEPCIDI Working Group became a CIDI Working Group).
• Draft Social Charter of the Americas (September 2005 - May 2012)
• Existing Mechanisms for Disaster Prevention and Response and Humanitarian Assistance (September 2009 - May 2012)
• CEPCIDI Working Group  to Prepare the Fifth Meeting of Ministers and Appropriate Authorities of Culture (September - October of 2011)
• CEPCIDI Working Group  to Prepare the Inter-American Year of Culture (September - October of 2010)
