Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Department of External and Institutional Relations
On September 15, the OAS welcomed 62 students and 22 advisors from
the Inter-American Defense College who visited the organization for a tour
in the Historical Building and a full day of briefings. Amb. Alfonso
Quiñonez, Secretary, Secretariat for External Relations, opened the session
with an overview of the region followed by an overview of the Organizations
provided by Irene Klinger, Director of the Department of International
Affairs. The visit continued with the participation of Specialists from
different areas of the OAS who introduced the four pillars of the OAS
(Democracy, Human Rights, Multidimensional Security and Integral
Development). The visit concluded with a celebration of the independences of
Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua.
On Friday September 16th the group received a full day of briefings on
multidimensional security at the Fort Leslie McNair facilities.
