In the 25 stories highlighted in this publication, the Inter-American Task Force on Women's Leadership wants to extend recognition and sincere gratitude to all those women who are working during the COVID-19 pandemic, in a formal or voluntary way, individually or collectively, with or without support, with resources, or only with their creativity, determination, courage, and heart. Their stories, in addition to inspiring us to strengthen collective commitment at different levels, must challenge us to recognize and integrate women in the decision-making spaces that correspond to them, not only by right but also by their daily actions throughout the region.
