The IACHR serves users through three channels; e-mail, telephone, and in person assistance. The interaction with users facilitates the IACHR the exchange of relevant information related to its mechanisms, activities, and procedures, giving special attention to petitions, cases and precautionary measures.
Sending your general inquiries by e-mail is the most effective way of communicating with the IACHR.
Users must submit petitions, precautionary measures, status inquiring and supplemental documentation using the IACHR Individual Petition System Portal.
