On March 1st, CICAD´s Institutional Strengthening Unit organized a webinar addressing the crucial involvement of the private sector in the implementation of national drug policies. Panelists  shared experiences and strategies, opportunities, and areas for governments to effectively engage the private sector.

Webinar Objectives:

1) Explore strategies, opportunities, and areas for governments to effectively engage the private sector as a stakeholder in developing and implementing national drug policies.

2) Share experiences where the private sector has collaborated with the national drug agencies in different areas.

3) Share experiences where the private sector has collaborated with civil society to implement programs from the national drug policies.

4) Discuss ways in which the private sector could engage more effectively in drug policy.
