Knowledge-Based Society is a Priority
We find ourselves in a changing world, one in which technologies are now
fundamental instruments for the modernization and development of our
societies. In this world, it is of crucial importance to bring about
projects that foster the use of new Information and Communication
Technologies (ICTs).

everything that we do: information on our projects, the courses we develop
and provide, and our challenges. In addition, we place at your disposal
publications and documents, articles and events, and a calendar that will
allow you to stay aware of what we are doing.
The New Programming Approaches (NPA) program seeks to
strengthen democratic governability in the Americas.
This program depends principally on the support of the Canadian
International Development Agency (CIDA). Through the projects portfolio that
has been established, CIDA seeks to:
A) Strengthen the institutional and human capacity of the
region.
B) Accelerate the modernization of the public sector
