Objectives:

Conjunto de ações para prevenir o aparecimento de desequilíbrios resultantes da participação em ocorrências policiais de natureza grave.

Activities: A princípio, eram convocados para participar do Programa, policiais que tivessem se envolvido em ocorrências de natureza grave. Eles permaneciam por cinco dias no CPM para desenvolver estudo diagnóstico, atividade física, dinâmica de grupo, participar de palestras e visitas. O policial ainda recebia acompanhamento por trinta dias, e ao final desse período era realizada uma reunião de avaliação. Dependendo do resultado, nova avaliação seria feita após sessenta dias.
