Shift Available:
  7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (Set-up)
10:00 a.m. –   3:00 p.m.
  2:00 p.m. –   6:00 p.m.
  4:00 p.m. –   To the End (Take down site) 

Positions available for volunteers:

  • Check-In  

  • First Aid Service

  • Information Desk

  • Ticket Boot

  • Event Set-up

  • General Supervision 

  • Clean Up (Pre-during-Post Event)

  • Security 

  • Take down site

  • Parking / Traffic Control

  • Children’s Activities

  • Beverage Boot

  • Entertainment

  • Others

  • Volunteer & Staff Support

 

In-site Meeting: 7:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. & 2:00 p.m. (Depend of the shift)

Dress Code: Jeans and Festival T-Shirt (OWA provided the T-Shirt)

Refreshment: We provide festival tickets for food and beverage.

Directions: By Metro - The closest Metro station to the OAS is Farragut West (Orange and Blue Line).

NOTE: The volunteers will receive a practicum hours
or community services certification
