Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

About MECIGEP
The Inter-American Cooperation Mechanism for Effective Public Management (MECIGEP) is an institutional tool for regional cooperation to facilitate peer dialogue, exchange of experiences, and technical cooperation strategies to support the pursuit of national goals and priorities set by each OAS member state.
To strengthen public management in the states pertaining to the inter-American system through dialogue and technical cooperation mechanisms that help achieve the national goals and priorities set by each of the member states.
Specific Objectives
Assist the countries of the Hemisphere with identifying, based on the experiences of
other countries, successful options, strengths, and challenges still to be overcome in public management.
Generate opportunities for dialogue and learning for all the countries participating in the Mechanism.
Help participating countries to identify specific cooperation and technical assistance needs.
Promote and facilitate horizontal and multilateral technical cooperation to support each country's needs in key areas of public management.
Help define analytical frameworks and tools and assist the dissemination of studies on key effective public management topics.
