Following Resolution COM/CITEL RES. 204
(XVIII-06) fellowships were granted in 2007 for 26 courses: 17
distance learning courses and 9 attendance-based courses. The courses
were selected by CITEL taking into account training requirement
priorities of the countries in the region. CITEL
provided a total of 307 fellowships for 27 countries, which
means a 26% increase as compared to 2006. Please
find below the initial training program in telecommunications of CITEL
for 2008 that was approved during the XIX meeting of COM/CITEL held on
December 2007. Other courses may be selected
