Offer of fellowships of CITEL

Please find attached an updated table of an offer of fellowships of CITEL for telecommunication Courses. For further information, please contact the CITEL web page or send an e-mail to: [email protected].

In light of our experience of applications for courses in previous years, we kindly request that applicants follow the recommendations below:

Fellowship applications are to be submitted through the official channels indicated in the announcement.
Note that often National Liaison Offices (ONEs) have deadline dates that may be up to one month earlier than the OAS deadline. Contact the ONE as soon as possible to ascertain the ONE deadline and to verify the required procedures. Such procedures are generally not complicated, but they do need to be completed by the deadlines established.
Complete the entire OAS Form 98 as carefully as possible. Selection will be made on the basis of this information. If information is missing, the application may be rejected.
Indicate clearly on the form a fax number and e-mail address where you can be contacted and advised of the selection results.

We ask that you circulate all of this information as widely as possible.
