Negotiation > XIV Meeting of Negotiations in the Quest for Points of Consensus

The XIV Meeting of Negotiations took place at OAS Headquarters from April 18 to 20, 2012. It was preceded by the meeting of the Indigenous Peoples’ Caucus held on April 17, 2012.

Additionally, the seminar "Indigenous Peoples: confronting current challenges" took place on April 17, in the morning.

The Department of International Law is pleased to inform that the Selection Board of the Specific Fund to Support the Elaboration of the American Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous People met on March 14 and 15, to review and approve the Indigenous Representatives who are the 2012 beneficiaries to take part at the XIV Meeting of Negotiations funded by the organization of American States.
