Access to Information

After the third workshop of the expert group on access to information organized by the Department of International Law of the OAS, said body approved the final drafts of a Model Law on Access to Information and an Implementation Guide. On April 29, 2010, both documents will be formally submitted to the Committee on Juridical and Political Affairs for its consideration.
