4.6 Criminal Justice System Process - ICCS Crimes Level 1
4.6.3.4 Persons prosecuted for: Acts against property involving violence or threat against a person (ICCS 04)
Total number of alleged offenders against whom prosecution for “acts against property involving violence or threat against a person” commenced in the reporting year. Persons may be prosecuted by the public prosecutor or the law enforcement agency responsible for prosecution. All persons for which prosecution starts should be counted, irrespective of the case-ending decision. “Acts against property involving violence or threat against a person” are those defined in Section 04 of the International Classification of Crime for Statistical Purposes (ICCS), UNODC, Mar 2015, pp.54-56.
