The application must include the following documents:

3.1.1 Completed OAS Scholarship Application Form;

3.1.2 Copy of government issued identification document;

3.1.3 Copy of Curriculum Vitae or Resume, without attachments;

3.1.4 Copy of academic records or transcripts of completed courses;

3.1.5 Copy of one letter of recommendation from a university professor or current or most recent employer that includes the letterhead of the University/Institution, the Professor’s/Employer’s position within the University/Institution date and signature

3.1.6 One of the following proof of English proficiency:

            3.1.6.1 A copy of an official transcript verifying completion of studies in an English speaking university in the last five years;

            3.1.6.2 A copy of test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score of 570 or higher for the paper based test, 230 for computer-based test or 90 for internet-based test; IELTS 5.5, or the equivalent

3.1.7 Proof that you have sufficient funds to cover the estimated tuition costs listed in article 2 above by submitting one, or a combination of the following documents:

            3.1.7.1 a copy of a rental agreement on property showing you as the property owner;

            3.1.7.2 a copy of a bank statement or bank letter;

            3.1.7.3 a letter from employer showing monthly or yearly salary;

            3.1.7.4 a letter showing student loan or additional scholarship(s), grants, financial aid.
