NOTE TO ALL APPLICANTS TO OAS SCHOLARSHIPS

To apply for an OAS – CSU/Impact MBA scholarship,applicants must register with the OAS and attach the following documents:

1. ID – scan or photo of passport page that contains the applicant’s full name, date of birth, and country of citizenship.
2. Admission letter – unconditional admission letter from Colorado State University

The scholarship application must be completed by May 31, 2020.

ALLthe required documents must be combined into one (1) single PDF file (no larger than5MB). If the file is larger than5MB, you will not be able to summit the online form. The application system does not allow for more thanone document to be uploaded. Do not include any additional documentsbesides those indicated.
