That the State create and implement a national follow-up mechanism charged with internal promotion and monitoring of compliance with the recommendations made in this report. In particular, that this mechanism: a) coordinate all State entities involved in compliance with the recommendations; b) guarantee spaces for victim participation in monitoring compliance with these recommendations; c) operate permanently, under a work plan adequate to fulfilling its monitoring objective.
