Los temas a discusión en este portal ya han sido analizados por múltiples actores. En este repositorio la SG/OEA reúne algunos de ellos, como una contribución más a la discusión. Este repositorio tiene dos secciones: En la de Políticas integraremos información sobre políticas relevantes a los temas a debate que estén siendo implementadas por los Estados Miembros, Estados Observadores y otros Estados del mundo. En la de Estudios incluiremos análisis, informes y reportes publicados por instituciones académicas, centros de pensamiento, organizaciones internacionales y multilaterales, organizaciones no gubernamentales y entes privados, todos ellos de reconocido prestigio, que sean relevantes para la conversación. La OEA publicará estos artículos e informes en su idioma original.

In accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 477 of June 12, 2020, the operation of 15 checkpoints for air communication has been resumed.

As of today, June 15, all checkpoints across the State Border of Ukraine for air transportation are open. Shifts in border patrols have entered the service in sufficient amount to ensure the admission of persons both to depart from Ukraine and to arrive in our country.

UNCTAD and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) reiterated calls for governments to promote crew well-being by allowing crew changes and ensuring seafarers and other maritime personnel have access to documentation and travel options so they can return home safely.

Maritime transport depends on the 2 million seafarers who operate the world’s merchant ships, which carry more than 80% of global trade by volume, including most of the world’s food, energy, raw materials and manufactured goods.

El Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) aprobó un crédito de apoyo presupuestario a El Salvador de US$250 millones para fortalecer la eficiencia y eficacia de la política pública y la gestión fiscal para atender la crisis sanitaria y económica causada por el COVID-19.

El programa apoya la introducción de medidas temporales para la protección del ingreso de los hogares vulnerables y para incrementar la liquidez de las firmas durante la crisis sanitaria y económica, entre las que destacan la asignación de un aporte monetario a hogares de bajos recursos, la suspensión temporal del pago de servicios domiciliarios, y la postergación del pago de impuestos para ciertos grupos de empresas y comercios.
