Rules of Procedure

The Rules of Procedure of the Tribunal were adopted on October 24, 1975 for the purpose of regulating specifically all formal requirements and procedural steps necessary to submit an action. These Rules may be amended by a majority of the Judges at any Tribunal’s sessions, provided that such amendment is not inconsistent with the provisions of the Statute. The Rules of Procedure were amended in 2000, 2005, 2012 and 2014, through Resolutions 340, 353, 373 and 378, respectively.
