Chapter VI of the Rules of Procedure of the Administrative Tribunal establishes the procedure to follow for filing a complaint.
The complaint must be presented in writing in any of the official languages of the Organization subject to fulfillment of the formal and admissibility requirements set out in Articles 26 and 30 of the Rules of Procedure.
