CITEL holds a Regular Meeting of the CITEL Assembly every four (4) years, in the place as determined by the CITEL Assembly in accordance with the principle of rotation set forth in the Regulations.
The Nineth Regular Meeting of the Assembly of CITEL will be held in 2026 in Costa Rica.
