The forum is the result of the exchange of experiences generated in the round table cycle and consequently of the gradual opening that is taking place in the countries. The meeting will feature simultaneous interpretation (Spanish / English), sponsored by the Internet Society.

The main objective of this forum is to create a space for exchange ideas where participants can share experiences to examine procedures and practices that promote a comprehensive and shared vision of the following topics: 1. Policies, regulations and the process of adjusting them during the pandemic; 2. Policies, regulations or necessary flexibility measures to face the new Post-COVID-19 challenges.

The report resulting from this forum, together with the memories of the cycle of eight round tables recently held by CITEL, will serve as the basis for a joint draft recommendation by the Presidencies of the Permanent Consultative Committees of CITEL.
