Experts from Trinidad and Tobago and the United States, along with representatives from the OAS, will hold anticorruption meetings with government institutions and civil society organizations during the on-site visit to Saint Kitts and Nevis. The objective is to collect information for preparing a country report containing recommendations for Saint Kitts and Nevis to strengthen its laws and institutions on topics such as:

• Bank secrecy
• Denial of tax benefits
• Prevention of bribery
• Transnational bribery
• Illicit enrichment
• Extradition

The visit is organized by the Department of Legal Cooperation of the OAS Secretariat for Legal Affairs in its capacity as the Technical Secretariat of the MESICIC.
