On July 17, 2024, the Institutional Strengthening Unit of the Executive Secretariat of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD) of the Organization of American States (OAS) held the Second Edition of the Webinar “Prevention of Drug Abuse Syndrome Burnout for Professionals of the Therapeutic Justice Program for Adolescents in Conflict with the Criminal Law with Problematic Drug Use in Peru – Phase II.”

Objective:

Provide information about burnout syndrome, the psychosocial factors that trigger it, the symptoms that cause it, and its consequences, as well as provide some strategies to prevent and manage this syndrome in the operators of the Therapeutic Justice Programs for Adolescents in Conflict with the Criminal Law with Problematic Drug Use in Peru – Phase II.
