NAME: SPINNING DREAMS
At the foot of the citadel of Machu Picchu a new dawn is announced celebrating the PACHAMAMA, Quechua voice that means Mother Earth.
The characters are translucent silhouettes, in various scenes of an ancestral ceremony in which Mother Earth is celebrated for her fertility and generosity in sowing, harvesting and creating all her elements.  It is a token of gratitude so that the next cycle is just as fertile and generous. The modern elements of the painting bring us to the present.
However, the costumes and the ceremony are full of symbolism and traditions that denote the deep respect for ancestral customs.

NAME: ANDEAN FESTIVAL
The festivals and celebrations with traditional dances organized by the Andean communities are a manifestation of gratitude for having obtained good harvests.  They are celebrated at sunset and are an expression of joy and jubilation that can last for several days.
The painting represents the Wititi dance, traditional of the Colca Valley in Arequipa, where two original ethnic groups coexist: the Cabana and the Collagua. It shows a space for meeting and dialogue between two peoples wearing their typical costumes and hats. It is also a dance of courtship and falling in love.
