The course, organized in collaboration with the Latin American Jewish Congress, aims to strengthen the capacities of law enforcement personnel, as well as diplomatic and consular staff from Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay, in responding to and mitigating acts of terrorism through a comprehensive approach based on the management of strategic communication strategies, community resilience, and interinstitutional and multilateral cooperation.
