Under the CIP Secretariat Scholarship and Capacity Building Program and the auspices of Ports of the State of Spain, this course will be available per invitation-only, directed to National Port Authorities officials.

The general objective of the course is to analyze the main port development models currently in use worldwide, with special emphasis on the cases of Spain and Latin America; and study the main elements and techniques of port management in Spain.
