Under the CIP Secretariat Scholarship and Capacity Building Program and the auspices of the National Port Authority (APN) of Peru, this course will be available per invitation-only, directed to National Port Authorities officials.

The general objective of the course is to analyze the organization, legal framework, and administrative functions of ports, including the regulations applicable to public port areas, operating and control mechanisms, and the principles of risk management and insurance necessary for efficient and safe port administration.
