SICE provides access to information on trade policy in the Americas, including: full texts of current trade agreements, news on trade policy, national legislation related to foreign trade, and links to international, regional, and national sources of information. SICE also includes online information on MSMEs that includes legislation, public policies and programs that support the development of the MSME sector. 
Objectives

SICE provides comprehensive resources on trade agreements and related areas, including:

- Trade Agreements: Access to multilateral agreements, customs unions, free trade agreements, and partial preferential agreements.

- Trade Policy Developments: Updates on the background, negotiation history of agreements, new negotiations, ongoing negotiations, and trade-related news from OAS Member States.

- Trade Disciplines: Information on national legislation, contact points, and details on disciplines outlined in trade agreements.

- Comparative Tables: Tools for comparing trade agreements.

- Investments: Resources on bilateral investment treaties, national legislation, and investment-related sources.

- SICE offers comprehensive access to trade policy information in the Americas

- SICE publishes an OAS MSME Newsletter, which provides an inventory of policy responses tailored to the unique economic circumstances of each Member State.

- SICE provides resources on MSMEs, including relevant legislation, public policies, and programs aimed at fostering MSME development.
